- TO BE COMPLETED ON INSET DAY 5/9/11
- All teachers must provide a club for one term (excl first and last week of terms UNLESS this makes club less than ten weeks)
- Clubs can be in any area of interest of the teacher as long as there is sufficient interest from the children
- Clubs must be for ten x 1 hour sessions after school OR two terms (at least 20 sessions) of half hour at lunchtime. These sessions must be half hour active time (i.e. cannot start/finish at the same time as lessons start/finish e.g. 12.25-12.55 or 12.45-1.15 and must be arranged with consideration for lunchtime timetable
- Clubs should include AT LEAST ten children. If not sufficient interest, an alternative should be offered, year groups extended etc
- Registers MUST be kept and passed to SD at end of club
